Last week contractors working on the reconstruction of the buildings on Louisville’s Whiskey Row uncovered a nice little surprise:  remnants of an old S&M club.  The discovery made international news.  Now preservationists are hoping to save the murals painted on the walls of the club.

The block called Whiskey Row always seemed to look tired, battered, worn to the foundations, but still standing somehow, stolid like an aged boxer who still climbs into the ring.  So in tribute of the effort to preserve the recent discovery, there’s this:
